India is thoroughly a ragging culture. Parents bash up their kids, and use their own childhood bashing as an excuse. In the workplace, if the newly recruited face any problems, people mock them instead of helping them out. In every field of life, the stronger ones use different kinds of bullying to gain strength and vent out their insecurities. Now ragging has been made illegal in colleges, but I wonder if anything can be done about our ragging culture.
